29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 33 McGovern Road, Crescent, PA: On or about December 13, 2019, during production activities near the Verson Press Brake number 522, located in building 4, the employer did not ensure that the floors were maintained in a safe condition in that there were holes in the floor that were not filled in, exposing employees to tripping hazards.
