29 CFR 1910.106(d)(6)(ii)(b): Where quantity stored exceeds 1,100 gallons, or provisions of subdivision (a) of this subdivision cannot be met, a minimum distance of 10 feet between buildings and nearest container of flammable liquid shall be maintained. At the workplace, the employer stored 55-gallon capacity drums of flammable 300 -360 <1% - D002531 Solvent and a minimum distance of 10 feet between buildings and nearest container of the liquids was not maintained. Nu-Way Poducts Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.106(d)(6)(ii)(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398649, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
