29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: The employer is failing to protect employees from falling hazards associated with improper fall protection training at this location. This was most recently observed on or about October 14, 2019, at a jobsite located at 900 SW Lower Lake Road, St. Joseph, Missouri. Employees who were subject to falls and fall related hazards were not properly instructed on means necessary to protect themselves and prevent fall hazards and the regulations applicable to control or eliminate the fall hazards.
