29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) On or about October 2, 2019 in the die cast area, the hydraulic fluid on the floors around the die cast machines created slip and fall hazards for die cast employees working in this area. The Yoder Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1244399, citation number 1, item number 1a, was affirmed as a final order on October 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3009 Production Court, Dayton, Ohio 45414.
