29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about September 12, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that employees working on a scaffold approximately 14 feet 11.5 inches above a lower lever were protected from falling to the lower level by fall protection. Trademark Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1364175, citation number 2 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at SL 123 Timberlane Trail, Hudson, Ohio 44236. Trademark Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131211, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 6, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 11768 Valley View, Sagamore Hills, Ohio 44067.
