29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Main production floor; On or about July 2, 2019 and at time prior to, the employer exposed employees to potential hazardous energies in that employees were allowed to perform servicing and/or maintenance on equipment such as but not limited to the stacking machine Gammerler #1 and #2 without being provided with written machine specific lockout/tagout procedures.
