29 CFR 1910.1024(d)(6)(i): Within 15 working days after completing an exposure assessment in accordance with paragraph (d) of this standard, the employer did not notify each employee, whose airborne exposure was represented by the assessment of the results, of that assessment individually in writing, or post the results in an appropriate location that was accessible to each of these employees: On or about June 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not notify employees of their personal air monitoring results within 15 working days of receiving the results, exposing employees to Beryllium respiratory hazards.
