29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. On or about May 27, 2019, the employer did not ensure an employee utilized the developed and documented procedures for the control of hazardous energy while cleaning the line #8 reciprocating conveyor. THE ORLANDO BAKING COMPANY, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1265498, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 12, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORK PLACE LOCATED AT 7777 GRAND AVENUE, CLEVELAND, OHIO.
