29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) On or about February 12, 2019, the employer did not ensure that employee exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to, welding fumes (metal fume fever) received training on those chemicals prior to their initial assignment. Premium Contractor Solutions, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1350119, Citation 1, Item 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2601 West Stroop Rd. Suite 500, Moraine, OH 45439. Premium Contractor Solutions, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1209122, Citation 1, Item 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2601 West Stroop Rd. Suite 500, Moraine, OH 45439.
