29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about January 4, 2019, the steel decking of the flat roof located in the production room by the office door was leaking water onto the floor and the roof decking was corroded. L&N Hardwoods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1062419, citation number one, item number two and was affirmed as a final order on September 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at W7447 Anderson Ave. Shawano, WI 54166.
