29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): Hand-fed circular ripsaw(s) were not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator: A.) Champion Modular, Inc; saw department; - On or about 11/16/18, and at times prior thereto, saws used for rip cutting were not equipped with a spreader. The saws without the spreader included, but were not limited to, Delta Unisaw 10 Tilting Arbor saw. An incident occurred on 11/16/18 when a piece of wood that was being ripped was kicked back towards the operator.
