29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): The employer did not ensure that working levels of the scaffold was fully planked when employees were working on single scaffold pickboards that were approximately twelve (12) inches wide. Moe's Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1218521, citation number 1, item number 1-A and was affirmed as a final order on 07/18/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1907 Virginia Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63104.
