29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 7/11/2018, Throughout the facility: Employees were performing maintenance operations, clearing jambs, and cleaning equipment without utilizing lock out procedures. This included cleaning all production equipment, changing suction cups on the egg transfer machine and clearing eggs from the egg peeler conveyor. Abatement documentation is required for this item. Deb El Food Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269019, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 35 West State Street, Sherburne, NY and also contained in OSHA inspection number 1207522, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 35 West State Street, Sherburne, NY
