29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Big Warehouse: Boxes of stored products were not stacked, interlocked, or limited in height so that they were stable and secured against sliding and collapsing. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards as observed on or about April 13, 2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION. Big Lots Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059141, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Newbury Street, Danvers, MA 01923.
