29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D): (a) MMX03 and MMX02 industrial mixer area; specific procedures were not utilized for the control of hazardous energy for the employer's machine and equipment. Natural Polymer International Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1183666, citation number 1, item number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3601 E. Plano Parkway Suite 150 Plano, TX 75074.
