29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On December 7, 2017 and times prior thereto, specific, written procedures for the control of all potential sources of hazardous energy were not utilized or enforced for the protection of employees who perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machinery. Machinery includes, but is not limited to, maintenance and cleaning of the board edger. Tamarack Mill, LLC dba Evergreen Forest was previously cited at Tamarack Mill, LLC dba Clearwater Forest Industries, for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1232711, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4686 Hwy 13 S, Kooskia, ID 83539. Evergreen Mill, LLC dba Clearwater Forest Industries was previously cited at Evergreen Mill, LLC dba Clearwater Forest Industries, for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 984232, citation number 2, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4686 Hwy 13 S, Kooskia, ID 83539.
