29 CFR 1926.350(b)(3): Fuel gas cylinders shall be placed with valve end up whenever they are in use: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that the acetylene compressed gas cylinder used during iron cutting activities were placed in the upright position. b) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that the oxygen compressed gas cylinder used during iron cutting activities were placed in the upright position. Condition was observed on or about 19 OCT 2017 and 3 NOV 2017.
