29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a) 400 Old Reading Pike, Stowe, PA - on or about October 3, 2017, the employer had not provided employees required to wear respirators with comprehensive, understandable training annually or more often if necessary. Universal Concrete Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(k)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951603, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Old Reading Pike in Stowe, PA.
