29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: Location: Paint shop On or about September 27, 2017, the employer did not develop the elements of a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures for the employees required to wear 3M 7502 half face respirators while sanding, prepping, mixing paint products, and painting parts with the following, but not limited to, Sherwin Williams products: POLANE catalyst hardener, POLANE Polyurethane Enamels, POLANE (K24) Reducer, and K119 paint thinner.
