Bags, containers, bundles, etc., were not stacked, blocked or interlocked so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a/ W.B Mason Company, Cranbury- Through out the warehouse racks- The employer stacked boxes of merchandise improperly. Merchandise was not interlocked or secured to prevent sliding or collapse, exposing employees to struck by hazards. Observed on or about 7/18/2016 A/ W.B Mason Company, Cranbury was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1083327, citation number______1________, item number___3_____ and was affirmed as a final order on 2/26/17 with respect to a workplace located at 32 Commerce Court Cranbury, NJ .
