29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Worksite was located at 52 Vesey Street, Newark, NJ 07105 Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 14 feet to a concrete deck and dirt below as they were observed working from scaffolds that were not fully planked. Violation was observed on or about 2/27/2017.
