29 CFR 1904.7(a): 1904.7(a): The employer did not record workplace injuries and illnesses that would be considered to meet the general recording criteria, and therefore to be recordable, if it results in any of the following: death, days away from work, restricted work or transfer to another job, medical treatment beyond first aid, or loss of consciousness. a) Summit Milk Products, LLC, on or about 10/26/16: An employee received a second degree thermal burn to their lower extremity that resulted in 4 lost work days. This case was not recorded on the company's 2016 OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Log. b) Summit Milk Products, LLC, on or about 12/01/16: An employee received a second degree thermal burn to their upper extremity that resulted in medical treatment. This case was not recorded on the company's 2016 OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Log.
