29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide the requested OSHA 300 Logs to an employee by the end of the next business day: (a) On or about November 22, 2016, at worksite at JFK International Airport, Building 139, Jamaica, NY 11430 OSHA injury and illness records, including OSHA 300, Log of Work-Related Injuries and Ilnesses, for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and year to date 2016, and OSHA 300-A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Ilnesses, for 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, requested by the authorized employee representative were not provided until March 7, 2017. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
