29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use. a). Paint Shack Area - On or about and times prior to November 2, 2016, the employer's written respiratory protection program did not include the provisions listed in this section for employees that were required to wear respirators (e.g. 3M 7502 Half Face Mask Respirators) during spraying operations, thus exposing employees to a respiratory hazard and dermatologic injuries. Kevin Brake dba Goose Creek Cabinets was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075773, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Savannah Highway, Jesup, GA 31545.
