29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed and materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a. Second Level Pit Area - On or about August 26, 2016, the emergency exit staircase was completely blocked off by piles of soiled and dirty laundry bags. Peoples Linen Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1098551, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/11/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 9 Giffin St. Keene, NH.
