29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(ii)(C): Each qualified employee was not trained and competent in the minimum approach distances specified in this section corresponding to the voltages to which the qualified employee was exposed and the skills and techniques necessary to maintain those distances: a) At the site, training did not address the skills and techniques necessary to maintain minimum approach distances, exposing employees to electrical hazards. MP Technologies, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(ii)(C), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012382, citation number 1, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 14140 Cypress N. Houston Rd. Cypress, TX 77429.
