29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about February 25, 2016, employees were exposed to eye injuries and overhead hazards and the employer did not ensure frequent and regular inspections of the site were performed by a competent person. COLLINS ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 77374, CITATION 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 17, 2011, WITH REPSECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1403 WINTERBERRY, BLOOMINGTON, ILLINOIS 61704.
