Site: 146 Wilson Street Brooklyn, NY On or about 12/14/16 a) The competent person did not remove exposed employees from the excavation when there was evidence of hazardous conditions. 3 workers digging in an excavation were not protected from cave-in. No shoring, sloping or benching systems provided.
