29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a.) Safeway Packaging, Inc. located at 300 White Mountain Dr. New Bremen, OH; On or about November 18, 2015, the employer did not ensure employees were trained in and familiar with electrical safety related work places before rewiring a motor on the McKinley Rotary Die Cutter #3. Employees were required to perform electrical work on 480V and did not have any training on Electrical Safety Related Work Practices. Safeway Packaging, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31378713, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/8/12 with respect to a workplace located at 300 White Mountain Dr. New Bremen, OH.
