29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling by the use of an approved fall protection system while installing sheathing panels approximately 37 feet above ground level, on or about 12/11/14. 4 x 4 Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981496, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/5/14, with respect to a workplace located at 204 Laurel Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
