29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. (a) JBS Five Rivers Cattle Feeding LLC at 28625 US Highway 34, Kersey, CO 80644: On and before 9/18/14, the employer did not ensure that the floor of every workroom was maintained in a clean, dry condition. The boiler room had standing water and the condition exposed employees to a slip hazard.
