29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) For employees working at 5127 Bloomingdale Avenue in Tampa, as observed on or about 24 September, 2014. Employees were using a bench grinder with a work rest that was not properly adjusted closely to the wheel. The work rest measured approximately 3/16 inch from the wheel.
