29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about September 12, 2014, the employer did not ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually on the Ward Die Cutter Machine. Energy sources include, but are not limited to; electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. INTERNATIONAL PAPER COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315156059 , CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OR ABOUT JULY 25, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORK PLACE LOCATED AT 6850 WEST 62ND STREET, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS.
