The employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i) in that: On or about May 27, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a cave-in hazard in an excavation that was approximately 12 feet wide and 6 feet deep.
