OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to acid solutions: (a) Respondent failed to train to ensure compliance with its safe procedure for tightening bolts in Anodizing vats when such failure exposed an employee performing such work while seated on an Anodizing vat in violation of procedure and in a manner exposing him to an acid solution hazard recognized in the industry that could be feasibly abated.
