29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for voluntary respirator use: a. GreenStreet Coffee Roasters, Inc., Philadelphia, PA: An employee voluntarily wore an MSA Safety Works half-mask, tight-fitting, negative pressure respirator (NIOSH P100, Model Number 817664). The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with workplace-specific procedures when voluntary use was permitted. Observed on or about July 24, 2014.
