29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press(es): a. On or about August 21, 2014, at the door department of the above referenced jobsite, an employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with an angle press that lacked a guard on its point of operation. Arctic Industries Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953153, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9731 NW 114 Way, Miami, FL 33178.
