29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: a) Facility Wide - A review of employee responsibilities when locking out machines/equipment including but not limited to abrasive saws, welders, planer machine, stamping press, straightening press, CNC mill machine, etc., was not included in the periodic inspection, on or about August 28, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
