29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were not maintained in a legible condition: a) For the Standard Concrete Products facility as observed on or about 07/08/2014, nameplates on a TCM forklift (model # FD70Z8T) containing load capacity information and forklift weight information were not legible. In addition, it had missing labeling for its operational controls.
