The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957451, citation number 2, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1634 Black Canyon Rd., Goose Valley Fire Station, Ramona, CA 92065 The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 642738, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 701 N.
