29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Engine bay: The emergency exit doorway was obstructed by a lawn mower that would prevent the door from fully opening and a power washer placed directly in front of the door. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957467, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 37560 Highway 79, Warner Springs, CA 92086 The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911911, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 41374 North Shore Drive, Fawnskin, CA 92333.
