29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: a. On or about 06/24/2014, both locations - regular trash cans were used to dispose rags soiled with combustible chemicals such as WD-40, Grow Automotive 1501 solvent, and Parts Master break and parts cleaner. The trash cans were not emptied daily.
