29 CFR 1910.303(b)(4): 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(4): Equipment intended to interrupt current at fault levels did not have an interrupting rating sufficient for the nominal circuit voltage and the current that is available at the line terminals of the equipment: (a) On or about June 18, 2014 the inspection revealed a GFCI unit that would not trip when tested. The GFCI was located in the men's bathroom by the bingo parlor to the left side of the sinks. (b) On or about June 18, 2014 the inspection revealed a GFCI unit that would not trip when tested. The GFCI was located in the convention center men's restroom to the left side of the sinks. The Chinook Winds Casino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312392848, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Lincoln City, Oregon.
