29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) 106 Building: On or about June 3, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from cleaning methods, techniques, or practices that were being used which did not keep dust levels (approximately 1/2" to 2 ") with explosive characteristics from accumulating on equipment, ledges and the floor. MONTANA SPECIALTY MILLS, LLC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 191626, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 04, 2012 , WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 525 3rd STREET NW.
