29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) Renosol plant in Selma Alabama: On or about May 27, 2014 and at times prior thereto the employer required employees to handle materials containing Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) and Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) without providing them with hazard communications training that included physical and health hazards associated with the use and exposure to isocyanates.
