29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Each employee was not grasping the ladder with at least one hand when progressing up and/or down the ladder: On or about 04/18/2014 at the Farmington Inn Roofing Project, an employee was climbing up and down the extension ladder using one hand to leap from rung to rung while the other hand was carrying a garbage pail. Royal Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314405168, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 20 Deer Ridge Road in Avon, CT.
