29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): a) Warehouse, 1214 Freedom Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066: Observed on or about May 09, 2014, the employer did not certify that each forklift operator was trained and evaluated in forklift safety as required by paragraph (l). Two forklifts (Nissan and Landoll) and one orderpicker lift truck (Raymond) are frequently used in the warehouse and outdoor storage yard areas. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards created by the lack of an effective forklift training and certification program.
