29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) Jobsite: 19th & Lombard Streets, Philadelphia PA - On or about 5/9/14, AMA Construction did not have a competent person conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment, to recognize, evaluate, and control hazards present during framing operations. AMA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 973921, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/4/14, with respect to a workplace located at 46-54 Keegan Court, Evesham, NJ 08053. AMA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967366, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/11/14, with respect to a workplace located at 811 Kristin Lane, Williamstown, NJ 08094.
