29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:\r\n\r\na) At the facility where electrical equipment not used as listed or labeled included:\r\n\r\n1. Break Room, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the GE microwave, the Hamilton Beach toaster oven, the Sanyo refrigerator, and the Mr. Coffee maker.\r\n\r\n 2. Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Patton floor heater. (Item Corrected) The U.S. Marshals Service was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 309092237, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on August 3, 2007 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.
