29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair: (a) Warehouse, Lancaster Container, Inc., 100 Bridge Street, Columbia, Pennsylvania - Employees moved material between the warehouse and production area, which, among other activities, required employees to walk on the metal plate that the employer had attached to the floor in the warehouse at the opening to the production area (near the ear room). This metal plate had gotten bent up, creating a tripping hazard, on or about May 5, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
